Having problems playing the media files?
If you can't play the files by clicking on them, try right-clicking (PC) or CTRL+click (Mac) and "save target as" instead. Then you can save
the file to your hard drive, and open it from there. You also need a proper playback application, like Apple's
Quicktime player, which is free to download for both PC and Mac.
